If you do not have PayPal or Venmo, we can arrange another payment method.

3. Review and sign the contract sent to your email address.

Important info

- Plan to arrive early! If you are late, your session will be cut short. If you arrive after your session end time, we will have to cancel and you will forfeit your $25 deposit as a cancellation fee.

Venue Information

- There is a $5 per person entrance fee to get into the field. Bring cash for this fee, there will be someone at the field taking payment.

- Be aware that bees (and other insects) love sunflowers.

- Wear comfortable shoes. This venue is a farm, and there may be uneven ground, mud, or dirt to walk through, depending on weather conditions leading up to your session date.

- Amount and quality of blooms are subject to weather and planting time. 

- Please be mindful of the farm’s rules, such as staying on designated paths and not picking sunflowers. We want to ensure a great experience for everyone and preserve the beauty of the field.

Inclement Weather Cancellation

- If weather is poor, we will contact you to cancel. We will give you options to reschedule or refund your $25 deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 

FAQ 

What do I wear? 

Wear solid colors or subtle patterns that complement each other and avoid neon (which can mess with camera white balance). Aim for outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident.
 

What do I bring? 

- Lipstick, powder, a hairbrush, or whatever you need for a quick touch-up 

- Snacks, drinks, and a favorite toy or two for little ones

- Feel free to bring a "prop" - a cozy blanket that matches your vibe, a fun hat, etc.

Preparing for Your Session 

- Get a good night's rest and eat a snack beforehand 

How many people can be included in a mini session?

Your session fee covers immediate families of up to 5 people. If you have a larger group, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs. Please let us know beforehand how many people will attend, so we can have an idea of the poses in mind.
